We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timing, or availability beyond what is expressly confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

SECTION 3 – RESERVATIONS AND ORDERS

When you place a booking request or order, you are making an offer to purchase services. A reservation is considered confirmed only once payment authorization and any required deposit have been successfully processed.

Aspen Moments reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its discretion. We may contact you if changes are required to confirm a reservation.

All reservations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Deposits and Final Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize Aspen Moments LLC to charge your payment method in accordance with these Terms and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate.

SECTION 5 – SERVICE DELIVERY (NO SHIPPING FOR MOST SERVICES)

Most Aspen Moments services do not involve physical delivery or shipping.

Service timing is an estimate and may be affected by weather, traffic, road closures, flight delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Aspen Moments is not liable for delays caused by such conditions.

If any physical items are sold or delivered, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
