Booking & cancelling

- 50% deposit to book; the balance is charged 24 hours before your ride.
- Cancel more than 48 hours before and you're refunded, minus the card processing fee.
- Between 24 and 48 hours, the deposit is kept; within 24 hours or a no-show, the full fare.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight in real time, and your driver adjusts to your actual arrival — no need to call us.
Which vehicles do you drive?
Luxury full-size SUVs — Expedition MAX, Yukon XL, Suburban or Grand Wagoneer — and an 11-passenger Ford Transit for larger groups.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us your children's ages when you book or in the chat, and we'll have the right seats in the car.
